Line-X or....

Hi guys, co-worker has bought a new truck. Would you recommend any spray-in liners, or suggest going Line-X? I'm guessing Line-X would be more durable? Thank you! I know SEM, Uphol, etc make liners...but are they nearly as durable and UV resisant?

hello! if you want durability go with line- x i have used raptor liner by upol tintable it looks nice at about 1/8 to 3/16 thick depending on coats...but it will mark up if you drag something like a exhaust pipe or metal across it... does adhere well tho..if you only haul cardboard boxes or a few 2x4s raptor would be fine. and to add dont spill any of that purple pvc primer on line-x it WILL soften the surface ask me how i know lol

I like my raptor liner. The only thing that seems to mark it is something heavy with sharp edges. Where it has been shaved off, it seemed to have excellent adhesion to the spi epoxy that I sprayed first.

Ive used raptor in several trucks, my daily has a 13 year old raptor liner, sits outside, no UV fading. The only places it has failed is where I have dragged steel tubing corners (engine hoist) over it - no coating is going to take that.

I also use the gravitex for underbody on car restos, same stuff less texture.

Wow, that's is great!
That goes against everything I've heard on the tech line from other people's experience and bitching witch I don't care as don't sell a bed liner, so I don't really care but hate to see anyone have problems.
Glad it worked out you might want to post pictures.
