Clear availability

I only use Universal Clear but was wondering if someone had 2 different SPI clears could they be safely mixed together to do a job if push came to shove, like Universal and 20/20 and if so which hardner would be used or mix both separately and then mixed together. Just wondering for those in a pinch.

Yes, but both clears must be activated seperately, and with the 5000, you would also add the reducer.
Done every day the shops run out.

Update delayed another ten days appox as of last night.
I had been thinking about closing for the week of Christmas like we used to do in past years, but now we could be making clear depending on resins arrival, we may be making clear all week.

The only good news is we are up in sales for the year because we have lots of epoxies and other primers to ship where many big boys can't make it due to chemical alotments, and im well-stocked for the next six months
On those items.

I've never seen in 40 years this kind of BS.

Just drove 462mi to get my hands on 3gal of Universal Clear. Man this economy needs to get back on track and people need to get back to work. SPI and all of us that use their products are not the problem it's all the others around us that are making it extremely difficult to do ours.

good to be retired now i guess . i think i have all i need to redo the 56 except color may have to find one more gal of clear but i have time . first i have to tear it down and strip that damn prospray off .
