    Why should I use SPI?

I spent some time thinking about this the other day after a friend purchased the cheapest product he could buy locally. His explanation was, it had always worked for him. He had just painted a truck a few years ago and said it took 7 coats of red to get coverage with his cheap line First, I am...

    Convertible top tack strip adhesive

As the title suggests, I am trying to decide how best to attach my convertible tack strips. Obviously, I have some metal work to do, but the early GM header bow has no area underneath that would allow screws or rivets to protrude without being seen. I am also concerned the tabs which are...

    Epoxy as seam sealer

Don't you all laugh at me. :)) What would happen if you took your 3 oz of left over Epoxy and put it in a jar for 72 hours or until it reached the proper viscosity and used it as a brush on seam sealer? The only issue I might worry about would be shrinking or cracking. John

    Refrigerate Epoxy to extend life?

I am brushing some activated and induced Epoxy primer on some body mounts I am making and have about 8 ounces left over. I have poured it into a small jelly jar with a tight lid. Do I dare put it in the refrigerator to extend the life of the catalized material? If I can do this I understand...
