I have just confirmed. SPI had at least 9 cars at this years Pebble Beach show, there should have been at least another 4 there but I have not confirmed.
To me, this is the biggest honor, I can get for my work, I love it.

Wow, that's great. Thank you for quality products and support! Now, if I can get my work to equal that.

Strong and steady SPI competing against the giants of the industry. Reminds me of the story of David and Goliath (and hopefully we all know how that went).
Thats exciting news, Barry, and congratulations on having a presence there.

The 1924 Isotta took first in class, universal 3 coats wet sanded and 3 more.

That car also won Best of Show !

A real honor to know your products produced a finish of the quality to win such a prestigious event.

we need some pictues.. I love those 30's era cars.

I think this is the car. It's a 1924 Isotta Fraschini Tipo 8A cabriolet, re-bodied in 1932. Has an 8-litre engine (that's 488 ci)!

I copied these pictures from Car & Driver site. For the full story, go to http://blog.caranddriver.com/and-th...pebble-beach-concours-delegance-best-in-show/

That's great Barry ! Now when I recommend SPI to people I can say "You've heard of Pebble Beach of course....":

When the one year we had 4 cars at Pebble beach it was the best award, I had ever accomplished. To have 13 in one year, is just over the top, seems like it has taken a long time for SPI to finally get its due for the quality of product we are trying to make. It's been a long hard road a lot of trashing by low grade companies that compared themselves to us because our price was on the low side and many of companies that would number their private label crap the same part number that we may have on one of our clears. Can't wait to see their clears on 13 cars with values of 3 million to 20+ million of value. In the meantime, I will just buy another bathtub so I can make more clear. LOL
