This car was built originaly by guy im working for now. He did this about 40 years ago. Built it from frame up.
Blown small block woth nitrous.
Went into a gaurd rail on way to a car show and he fixed the main damage on front end years ago and left in primer.
Thier was some brazing on rear panel and old all metal used as filler, it cracked on seams after all them years.
This one has won many awards at diff car events.
I used a heat gun and chizel lol, stripped all that crap off rear panel and problem areas.

Started my filling with duraglass. Finished in em mud. Slick sand primed. Sanded out then spi epoxy.

And now im onto colour sanding the main body.
Few spots i had to start with 800grit, had some fisheyes show up, then 1000 and finished in 1500.
Ive only got done my rubbing compound stage. 2 more stages to go yet.
Love the deep rich wet look to these old nitro laquor jobs.
