Awesome stuff guys! If one Shop ever needed a Pro-Spot spot welder it's you fellas. Expensive, but you have the work. Would save a huge amount of time and give you factory looking spot welds.

Those are nice (flat) looking plug welds btw.:)

Quicker to weld, look original, and no grinding.

All I can say is AWESOME! You are the MAN!

I had a 1969 Cougar SCJ a several years ago that was in probably worse shape than yours. It was a rolling chassis without an engine or transmission. I finally had to admit that I wouldn't be able to save it so I sold it. I don't know what the person I sold it to ever did with it.

It was one very rare car that was easily a 1 of 1. I still have the Marti Report around here somewhere. I talked to Kevin Marti about it and he said that it was a Ford Promotional vehicle but he didn't know how it was used. It came from the factory with an C-6 and 4:30 gears. The only remnants from it's 428 SCJ status was the vin, a heavy sway bar in the front and the oil cooler hole in the radiator surround.

If I had your skills it would still be with me.
