Pulling my hair out on this one!!! New oem bumper cover 2017 Honda. Cleaned very well with SPI water bourn cleaner let dry 30 mins then gray suff pad with sem suff paste and a little water. Rinsed very well fresh water. Blew dry let sit 45 mins outside. Then 1 coat of bull dog apro. ( out of the SPI apro). Let this it 30 mins in booth. 1 coat of U-tech 460 sealer let sit 1hr. Based with Wanda and it looks like a alligator skin!! Just the cover the 1/4 panel is fine. Have used the u- tech seller for 8 years. Just did a aftermarket cover Friday no problem and of course no adoring on aftermarket cover. Help Tom with hair for now

It's the Bulldog. Not the sealer. Have had/similar the same thing happen multiple times with it. It seems to happen when the temps are higher. I hate the stuff, will never use it again. Throw it in the trash and wait for the SPI. U-Tech makes one as well. Transtar. etc etc
You should be able to sand it and re-seal then go from there.
Did the sealer look OK or did it have the texture?

Chris I am with you . No the sealer looked great and layed out smooth. I shot 2 coats of production clear and will put out in the sun and tomorrow wil 600 and re base. This is a collision job not a high line repair so clear will act as a sealer.

Update on Bumper cover. Yesterday shot 2 coats of SPI Production clear over cracked up base coat and set outside for a few hours. This moringing wet sanded with 600 nice and smooth with a few places thru to sealer. Shot light coats of Wanda base let sit 2 hours then 2 coats of SPI Euro clear ( out of production clear ) and looks great . Now don't have to pull my hair out !!!! Just shiped the old Bulldog to Crash
