All SPI-Black Epoxy Primer, Black 2K Primer, 5 wet coats Single Stage Black.

4-1/2 years and 4,400 hours to completely rebuild it from the ground up.

Not final buffed; buffed with Chemical Guys V36 on a blue Hexlogic Pad using a Flex Orbital. Of course, after hours and hours of wet and dry sanding and buffing. I wanted to get it on the road before the snow flies so I figured I would final polish it over the winter.

Very proud of this. Had a blast doing it, and having even more fun driving it.

Thanks to Barry and everyone on this forum.

Thanks all!

I bought this as a true basket case; the PO had had it taken completely apart, so it was a massive jigsaw puzzle. I rebuilt every part of this truck; the only part that I sent out was the engine.

Salvaged and repaired all of the sheet metal, except for the bed, which the PO had replaced with a repop.

Every wear item has been replaced or rebuilt by me. It's really a brand new truck.
