Anyone ever order SPI from shopvrs.com

I hope I dont get burned here. I just placed an order with them on Monday. I couldnt get it to go through so sent a message in the contact us. Steven called me. I wanted to get some Clausens, and since I was already ordering that I added a couple things SPI I needed. Steven even called me back the next day and told me he didnt have the Clausesn in stock and thought he did. He said he called Clausens but thye were closed until after labor day. He was going to call next week to get it. I can always cancel with CC if things don't move along and I get no responses, but it will set me back because I am trying to beat the weather.

Im actually quite surprised you got ahold of someone there…. Ive called and emailed with not one call answered or one email reply.

So Clausen closed the Tuesday before Labor Day? Sounds fishy to me. Read some of the complaints on the VRS facebook page. You won;t feel better. Cancel the order. This guy has defrauded a lot of people.

Clausen was closed for vacation this past week. They should reopen this coming tuesday.

Came home today to this. Direct from SPI. Couple days time. No run around, no BS. Just customer service level at its peak. I cant thank Barry, Andy and SPI enough. I urge anyone thinking about making a spontaneous order online from an outside source to just pick up the phone and call these guys direct.

A few months ago I was searching for an SPI jobber locally. Out of 2 in my area both were out of business.
I made a call to SPI and in 2 days I was picking up the shipping peanuts off of the floor. Excellent customer service for sure. Thanks SPI crew.
