Appreciation Post & introduction

I needed to stop lurking here (over a year now) and finally make a post to express my appreciation to Barry and applaud his engagement and commitment to his products. There are very few businesses these days where the owner takes such as active role in customer support and those that do ensure a successful operation like SPI. Where else do you get the owner when you call for tech support?
I first started hearing about SPI epoxy a few years ago on some of the other forums and finally noticed this forum about a year ago after several visits to the main SPI product web site. I have a place just south of the SPI facility so figured their epoxy had to be the natural choice... Last year I showed up at SPI on a Saturday morning not realizing that they didn't have a real storefront and didn't typically do retail sales on weekends. Even so, Barry was very accommodating, showed me the facility, and set me up with a personal account and got me squared away with the epoxy and stuff I needed.
This morning I had my second conversation with Barry. I'm an amateur working on a 68 Cougar and an old 72 F-100 that was my grandfathers. I finally finished patching some rusty spots in the bed, completed some light dent removal, and sandblasted the entire floor and seams Wednesday. Yesterday it was in the low 60s and I stupidly had not done enough homework on the epoxy application. I rolled on a coat of epoxy to the bed of the truck and then that afternoon started reading that the minimum metal temperature was 60... I cranked up the heat in the house but there are only two small ducts in the basement/garage and could never get it over 55. I put a electric blanket down overnight but figured I was screwed. I was sick all night over the work I thought I was going to have to do getting it all off. Then I called Tech Support and got Barry on the other end. He relieved my fears and ensured me that I was probably going to be ok. He provided a lot of helpful suggestions and told me that while it will take longer to cure it wasn't a lost cause because I hadn't already tried to put down more paint or filler over it. He asked me to call him back in a week after I got back up here and he would help me determine if it had cured properly.
Anyway, just a long-winded post to express my appreciation to Barry and this forum which is a wealth of knowledge (that I should have paid more attention to beforehand).
