Has anyone used and have thoughts on the different Axalta base coat options, specifically Duxone? I just picked up some sample pints of Duxone spray test some colors.for our 1970 Beetle restoration (first time painter). What is the difference between Duxone, Cromax and Nason (what my only local paint store offers).
Also, after a great experience so far with SPI epoxy primer and 2K I've been expecting to use SPI clear coat with whatever base coat I find. I’m assuming it is ok to go out of system with the base coat. Any concerns?
