My paint is checked cracked substantially for a multitude of reasons.
I have decided to go with 2k and are looking for the best course of action to reach this point.
Any pointers is appreciated great site.

if your talking about using a urethane primer over checked and cracked paint you are wasting time imho . it is going to take a quality polyester or epoxy to seal that down

I was thinking paint removal, not sure of best approach for 1992 300e mercedes

try a heat gun and razor blade first. if not save the headache and have it media blasted.

I was thinking chemicals would be the best then neutralize , Would this be possible.

Either method will work, if you use chemical stripper make sure to protect the jambs if they won't be repainted and also wash it well with water when done-I usually use a scotchbrite when washing.

Jamms are anywhere where panels meet then both have returns that close together under the surface of the panels.?
What is the best stripper and neutralizer. regards.
