? epoxy? flex additive in epoxy? does epoxy crack easy on a bumper like thing like the firebird nose?

A 72 firebird has a fiberglass or smc type nose-it won't flex enough to matter what primer you use. Epoxy for a start would be my choice. Epoxy has also worked well for me on the later urethane style nose and it does stay flexible enough for great durability.

X2..

Epoxy is the best choice in my opinion.. I have witnessed firsthand how using epoxy on a new or stripped bumper aids in adhesion to the point where stone chips are rare..
