So you would need to break it down on the scale as 4 ounces of clear (example), 1 ounce of Activator, 1 ounce of reducer. You would need to figure what 4 ounces of clear weighs, what 1 ounce of activator weighs, and what 1 ounce of reducer weighs.
If you want to do this figure what 1 ounce of each (clear, activator, reducer) weighs. Then in proper proportion you could figure it by weight on the scale
Just as an example (weights are not accurate) each ounce of clear weighs 50 grams. Each ounce of activator weighs 35 grams Each ounce of reducer weighs 25 grams. So you would figure it clear 4 parts (50g X 4=200) activator 1 part (35g) reducer 1 part (25g) So 200g+35g+25g.
