Can I Recoat Universal Clear

I mean scuffing the area where I broke through before applying a dusting of base, I plan to leave the rest of the clear on the car at 1500 and re clear it. I just want to corrected it the right way and learn at the same time. the last time I shot paint Regan was still president and I used Dupont Imron.
Personally, I think 1500 is OK, but you could go down to 600. Others with more experience might have a different opinion, and I welcome that.

The Guru has spoken but for peace of mind it would be a good idea to go over the entire thing with a grey scotch-brite pad and some sanding paste.
Chris Hamilton suggested this so that is what I would do, He has a lot of experience and has dealt with this problem time and again. I use the grey scotch brite with scuff stuff also where I break through and have had no problems.

yes, I read the Guru post, I was going to ask how much if any of the clear will the paste remove, reason being is that as I mention, I pretty sure that I may be real thin on clear on some areas after blocking out a couple of sags and runs.

I'm going to look the car over again after taking a break from it and confirm the breaks through. My old eye are tired and need a break and I'm having issues seeing, maybe it's due to being white.

White is tough for me to spray, I just follow a wet line. The grey scotch brite and scuff stuff is fine to use over break through area it is mildly abrasive, I use this method on all my blend areas and it works really good. Just dust coats until you have break through's covered and then blend out away from them a little and you will have a nice job.

Thanks Guys for all the Help. I did a good walk around on the car, Ended up only having this break through. It's about 1/4 inch big and the dark center is a less than the size of a pin head. Probably trying to get some trash out. The picture is blown up so it can be seen. I did find a ghost visual of a sag that I thought I had blocked down but obviously not. I can now feel it knowing where it's at.
I have to work on that first.
