Can you bake turbo primer

Just wondering if you can give turbo primer a light bake, say 120-140 for 30 mins and get on sanding it after cool down

I have on a super rush don't care job that I will never see again. Tubo drys pretty quick but dry and cure are not the same.

The Tech Manual does not specifically say anything about baking. Might want to wait for Barry's reply or text him on the Tech Line. In the tech manual it states that with the metal temperatures at 75 degrees Turbo can be sanded in 45-60 minutes. If you did a bake at 120 I'd say you probably would be OK. This is all assuming you are letting it flash properly between coats and not piling it on.

Pretty sure the Tech Manual says in multiple places not to bake any SPI product over 120°. At least it used to, I have not read through the latest revision.

That said, I have heat lamped stuff at temps approaching 140° with seemingly no ill effects.

Yes, you can bake the 2k primer.
Play with temps and time to suit your needs.
One production shop said they baking at 140 for 15 mins and on cool down sanding and sealing.
