Chemical stripper question

I am having to re-do a part of a motorhome, which I originally shot with Chromabase. I never cleared this section because the base wrinkled. Now, I am going to strip it and re-do with Prospray 3.5. I can sand the flat surfaces without a problem, however, there is a large compartment door over the A/C unit that is all woven wire mesh, which I am going to have to strip. This is like a screen with openings that are about 3/16". I don't have a blaster, so the only way I know to do it is with a chemical stripper. Are these compatible with use under epoxy primer? Anyone have any other suggestions on stripping it? Thanks!

Thanks for all the suggestions. My preference would be to use a chem strip if there is a safe one to use that would not create a problem for epoxy adhesion. I tried the lacquer thinner, which didn't work. It is a small area on a very large door, and would be a hassle (and costly) to have blasted, simply because of the minimum. Plus, there are none around here. Replacing the mesh is an option, but a complicated one. Saw some Jasco stripper at Lowes. Is that ok to use?
