Last week I picked up a 98 F150. Pretty good shape for this area anyway. After a little thought and some laughing I decided to make my own Tonka truck in my style. Been busy all week running down parts and fixing rust. Designed my own custom bumpers and side steps. Then I designed bed rails and a headache rack. Then after some long thought I designed most of the interior. The box was the worst rust so tomorrow I'm picking up a stepside box. The rear bumper will get a tweak in the design to match the box better. And the new front bumper will have my plow mounts incorporated into it. First thing body and paint. Just cut custom stencils out with a vinyl cutter. Then bumpers and so on. Seeing I'm building everything myself it will take a good 6 months to finish everything. But I'll be driving it as I go. Camera on my phone is acting up so I had to dig out my camera. Now to figure out how to use it again lol.

Looking forward to the build. They are known for rusting so hopefully you don't run into too many bad spots.

Always nice to see something a little different.
Hint, most cameras have a button on top to press & a spot on the frontside you need to keep your thumb out of the way of when using.o_O:oops:

Picked up the stepside box today. Little bit of glass work tomorrow and it will go in epoxy.
