Epoxy after sanding filler

I,m doing some motorcycle work that's required a lot of filler work. I started with 2 coats of epoxy onto of the bare metal, and now have many bare steel areas after sanding. Normally I would spray another coat of epoxy before primer. But in this case is it necessary since the bike is going to sit in the owner's living room and never be ridden?

Thanks

It is done everyday in most collision shops and will hold up just OK and kept inside will help. But epoxy is the right and best way to go. Tell the owner you need more $ for materials.

No, but what if down the road he changes his mind?
Another thought a couple of coats of epoxy over all that filler might keep the bike looking good longer.

Either way, you go will work.
