Epoxy as sealer, is induction time needed/recommended?

Mixing it 1:1:1 is induction time needed? Old tech sheet said yes, 2013 tech sheet doesn't mention it under "epoxy as sealer section". Planning to wait a hour after sealing before base coat, is that fine? Thanks
 
I'm sure someone more qualified to answer will chime in soon, but I always mix 1:1 epoxy and activator let it induce at least 30 minutes and then reduce right before spraying when using it for a sealer. I haven't had any problems so far, but I am not the authority.

Reducer can be added immediately, but an induction time of at least 30 minutes is recommended. I like to stir it up every 15-20 minutes if possible.
