Final prep for paint

Hey guys, So finally my 34 ford coupe project is close to being ready for paint. To put it all in perspective, for several months I have been prepping all the body components individually. Every piece began by taking it down to metal and doing any welding or metal work as needed, primed with two to three coats of SPI epoxy, and body filler or glazing work done. Body is on a rotisserie, fenders, doors, running boards, hood panels, all are separated and individually have been body worked. They all sit now either finished in epoxy and/ or 2K primer awaiting a final block out. So I'm going crazy now realizing it hasn't been possible to stay within the epoxy recoated window numerous times and have sanded and recoated epoxy several times to several parts and at times came back over the epoxy within the appropriate window times with 2K primer.. Whats the best way to end this madness now ??? Does everything need to be in a final coat of 2K ? Or at some point can I just scuff everything completely, both 2k and epoxy, and shoot it all at once with a coat of epoxy sealer, block, and then paint ? After doing this will it all be the same base color to paint over ? I am doing the final paint in ford RR, just to further complicate things...Bottom line, I need to desperately transition from fighting these freaking epoxy windows to painting this thing red...
 
Thanks TK, So do as you said, sand and epoxy seal. I assume its ok to do that and then paint the next day ? Reading the SPI epoxy sealer book it says wait two hours after one wet coat and then paint. Down here in S.Tx. whats your normal epoxy reduce ratio for sealer ? And its OK to do some final blocking on the sealer if needed..?
 
If you are sealing over similar colors final sanded with 600, 1:1:1 is fine. If you are planning to sand the next day or need more coverage to even out the base color, 1-2 coats reduced 25%, or 1:1:1/2 reducer will work better.
