Geo undercoat gun

Barry, on the Geo undercoat gun I purchased from you, where do you position the threaded spray nozzle (tip) as far as in or out? It seems the venturi affect would change so I was wondering where you positioned yours? Also, the project I am working on currently (son's truck cab bottom) I am using up some Herculiner that he purchased a couple years ago for it, I think its a bit thinner than the SPI, would that effect the adjustment?
Or am I over thinking it lol?:D

Screw the head in to reduce fluid and further out the heaver the material will be.

Barry, I purchased the gun you recommend for your bed liner spray. I have called walcom and looked far and wide for a flexible wand that will assist in getting protection into body cavities. They used to make one, but apparently no longer do. I see East Wood has a similar gun that comes with two flex hoses with straight and 90 degree tips, but per your recommendation, it will not spray your product. What are the options for spraying your bedliner into body cavities?

I have no idea as that is not our specialty but it is Rust-frees and i know they have wands, also I do know people have made their own with plastic hoses and attached to out gun.

take the screw in nozzle to ace and get a piece if brass to screw into the gun , buy a piece of hose and then put the nozzle into the hose. done .

I ordered two 360* spraywands for the walcom gun within the last month, did an internet search with the SEM part number for the wand and found numerous suppliers. I think they were like $10 each. My local parts store told me they were discontinued when they tried to order them for me from SEM.

Thanks Bob, just ordered one. That will work great for my cab corners. I never had a clue the Sem system was compatible with the Walcom system. Good to know.
