I’m sure most of the people on this forum know what I’m talking about but I’m a new customer and gave them a call today and got all my questions answered and was a pleasant experience on the phone unlike some company’s these days or even my local paint supply when trying to sell me something I don’t need

Thank you, we all spend a lot of time telling people what you dont need as a lot of brainwashing to sell different products by the leading company.
An example is majors' paint training classes; they are only sales classes to sell products you may not need.
One ex-salesman applying for job years ago said if we can sell a quart of sealer a day to all of our shops, we will exceed the quota.

I think people today forget that large corporations are not your friends or care about you as a person.

But if it weren't for large corporations many (most) of the things we have today would not exist or would be out of the reach of the common man. Corporations aren't evil, Capitalism isn't evil. Don't buy into this Marxist anti Capitalist BS.

Definitely not, just trying to notice some quality paint with great customer service which is hard to get

A corporation cannot be good or evil. It is a legal abstraction. People can be good or evil, and both kinds lead corporations.
