Yes, they are so close you cannot tell them apart.
Here are a couple pictures of just that scenario.
The tank is painted in SPI Black Base and Universal clear.
The inner fairing is the factory Vivid Black. Pictures aren't great, but you really cannot tell the difference in the blacks.
The tank really isn't scratched up. I hit it with some detail mist for this picture and ended up smearing dust around vs. making it better.
Someone needs to get out there and detail this bike . . .
