How do I know if mixed epoxy primer is bad?

Having fun learning!
I mixed up a batch on Sunday. I used half of it, and corked the rest to use later (tomorrow). It’s been kept around 70 degrees. what should I look for to tell if it’s no good anymore? I know it’s 72-120 hour pot life, but I want to make sure I don’t miss something obvious.

If it is kicking off it will be noticeably thicker than a fresh batch. Typically you should mix some freshly mixed epoxy in with it for best results, imo.

It’s definitely not kicking. It’s still nice and thin.

I think I will do as you suggest... I have more parts that will need primer. I can roll it forward.

Okay back to this... I completely forgot that I asked this question. And I completely forgot the answer. I had a batch last night that was getting thicker. I mixed it Saturday evening, intentionally mixed too much because I intended to use it next day. Not lumpy or grainy, still smooth. I tried to spray it, and it was too thick for the 1.4 tip. I added reducer and it thinned out and sprayed normal. I didnt mix any new in (didnt want to waste it(. I didnt SEE any concerns, but I wanted to check again. When it starts to thicken, does that mean its no longer viable, or just needs to be reduced?

Your good with time frame and key word was smooth not lumpy.
add reducer 5 to 10% and let induce for 30 mins.
