How long to wait till putting Vehicle in sun after 4 coats of UV Clear

I'll take a shot! I'd say that with that many coats, wait until tomorrow. Bring it in for the evening. Then, use 1000g to sand it all flat and put it back out in the Sun. That will help the solvents to escape easier. Bring it in then next day you can buff

I'll wait for the red pen to come out to correct my stupidity.

I have always heard 3 hrs minimum.
But dark colors get much hotter then light ones so there
has to be a variable.
Just like putting a heat lamp on it you want to have a surface reading thermometer to
monitor the temps, I try not to go over 120 degrees for the first 3 to 4 hrs. wether
in the sun or under the lamp.

I thought the only reason to put it in the sun was if the paint was not getting hard.

Well, it speeds it up, in cooler weather that can be a big help.
Also, after priming, it can cure it up faster so there's less shrinkage,
it makes a big difference down the road, like after painted and being in the summer sun a couple months,
a lot of times a really slick finishes need re buffing, but if you cure that primer a little extra it can
really lessen that, and the sun does that better than anything.
I like my primed panels to sit in the sun 2 days before sanding,
and my cleared panels 2 days before buffing.
I have noticed a much better hold out of the finish doing this.
