How long to wait to mount my rotisserie mounting brackets over epoxy?

My rotisserie mounting bracket bolts to the bumper brackets that go on the rear of my Mustang. I sprayed these in Epoxy last Saturday. Obviously these get bolted up tight, how long do I need to wait? Very old picture, but you can see where it mounts. I'm mounting it for a final spray of the interior (easier done on it's side standing in the door opening). Car is blocked and the exterior ready be sanded and sealed so I really don't want to goof up the epoxy in the bolt on area.

I would plan on touching up the epoxy regardless of how long it cures. At least that is what I do.

Summit sells a mounting kit that allows you to mount to the rear leaf spring shackle bolt hole. If you look at the small brackets, it wouldn't be that hard to make them, then you wouldn't need the bumper brackets.

When I designed my rotisserie I used 1/2" ID pipe as standoffs to get the support arms away from the body. My thoughts were that there would be less obstruction for media blasting, priming, painting. A similar modification to yours may limit any damage to the primer to what would otherwise be covered by a washer.
