Just finished my engine bay this morning on my 67 fastback. I sprayed unreduced black epoxy and love it already. Thanks for everyone's suggestions. I will give an update as it cures

Glad to see everything worked out for you. After a day or two, if you get a nice sunny day and are able to pull the car out into the sun it will help speed things along. Just remember the fresh epoxy will be kind of soft until its cured good, I learned this the hard way with my fenders.

I wish I could pull the car out unfortunately. It it's on the rotisserie and at the end of my garage is a small slope. I could get it out, just never back in lol. So for the next few days the heat will remain on in the garage. And thanks by the way.

Wow, that looks really good! I've read too that the epoxy is impervious to brake fluid, a huge plus!!! I'm doing a 69 Mach, full rotisserie. In fact, just finished spraying the shell in SPI Gray Epoxy. I'd like to watch your build on this; are you posting it anywhere?
