Looking to sub out paint work

Hi all. I've been doing restorations since I retired in 2015 and have tried to keep it simple and just do everything myself. This has worked well so far, but I've finally reached the age where I need someone else to share in the fun of these projects. I have a backlog of work and most folks want full restorations. I only do one vehicle at a time so I can focus on the job at hand. I have a fair size shop and a 20x13 commercial crossdraft paint booth
I would like to hire someone experienced with paint and bodywork to take the body to for refinish or have someone come in and use my shop as a contract position. I'm in Round Hill, VA and my company is RoundHill Restoration. I have a facebook site. .

I'd appreciate some advice.

I have a few questions before I submit my application..

1. How many breaks per day? I require three to be productive.
2. Can I use my cell phone during working hours?
3. Is there a 90 day waiting period for medical & dental insurance?
4. Do you have a 401K employee plan?
5. I'd like my working hours to be 9 to 5, Monday thru Friday. I'll work one Saturday a month if forced too at double time?
6. All Federal Holidays observed with pay?
7. Christmas bonus?
8. Do you have random employee drug testing, and will you waive a positive result of drugs used on my personal time at home?
9. Will you pay fee's so I can take additional schooling?
10. Do you supply cold bottle water?
11. Does the workshop have air conditioning? I half to have air conditioning to be productive.
12. Do you pay gas milage to and from work?
13. Paternity leave with pay for two months for each pregnancy?

Dave, Do you know Thetan Ogle in Winchester? He used to work at White Post Restorations along with Craig Naff. He may know of a good place to take your paintwork as he’s not that far from you.

Thanks MP&C. I don't know Thetan but can try and look him up unless you have his number.
