Matte clear with Hot rod black

I have a 56 210. I am kicking the around the idea of spraying the car hot rod black amd doing a satin/matte copper roof and rear. My question is do I need to matte clear the Hot Rod Black? I would also like to know a compatable paint that i could use for the copper top. This is the look I want, only flat. Thanks

Any automotive brand of paint will work and no do not put matte clear over the matte black.
