My hot rod is going to SEMA

Arrowhead

Oldtimer
Factory Five is hauling out my hot rod and a bunch of other FFR cars to the SEMA show. My car is supposed to be at the Ford Racing booth outside. My son and I will be there all week and we are super excited.

NOTHING like this has ever happend to me and even going as a spectator was only a dream. I feel weird even posting this becuase I'm just a guy that wrenches in his garage for fun and I will be way out of my element. I know my car may not be up to SEMA standards, but I think FFR wanted to bring it becuase of some of the different things I did and it can show people what can be done with one of thier kits.

A big thanks to Barry and all you guys here for all the help and support. There is NO doubt the quality of the paint job helped make this happen and Barry and eveyone here has contibuted to helping improve my skills. Thanks!

George

Congratulations, if they have asked you to be in there booth, then you belong there.

You seem surprised, but this is your reward for pursuing excellence! I for one am not surprised, seeing the attention to detail that you have shown on all your work!

AWESOME!!

Hard work and determination pays off! Not to mention using these bathtub made products and being a part of this cult!! LOL!

Great job!!

Thats an awesome accomplishment to say the least George.. Make sure to get allot of pics!!

George,
Congratulations on a job well done. You have much to be proud of there and don't worry about being out of your element just practice acting like it was no big deal and have a business card ready. :)
By the way you might want to come up with an outrageous sale price as well.

Your a hero to morons like myself who spend too much time in the garage playing with hazardous materials for fun! Congrats!

I'd be happy with the front row at the local Dairy Queen show! Again Congratulations and have fun

thats awesome. i went last year. be sure to bring a good camera with a big memory card and some extra batteries. you can easily take 1000 pics while you are there....maybe each day.

This is great news and I'm glad it was posted, I had plan on making a post when I first heard but have been so consumed trying to get all the approvals for the addition and we have been fighting to keep inventory made, I have not been on here as much as I would like and apologize.

I have no doubt this car will be the star of the show!

Congrats! nice to see all those hours of hard work get appreciated! And a job done at home mingling with some of the best in the country!

Got back last night. It was an awesome experiance and we had a great time. I met a lot of cool people got to see lots of cool stuff. Even though I knew it was an honor to have my car there, it didn't really sink in until I got there and walked around. The caliber of craftsmanship on the vehicles is astounding on eveything from lifted trucks to tuner cars to muscle cars and high end exotics. I htink I finally figured out where all the building were and how big they were after the second day. Never even made it to the Apex show.

The car wasparked in a great spot, it's pretty much the only place you could get this picture:

Its great you had a good time. Its a hell of a show and it takes days to make it through the whole thing. Btw you didnt mis anything at the apex show. There is nothing there unless you are a manufacturer looking for someone in china for parts or manufacturing
