I am working on a 2007 Chevy 2500 for my friend, There is 3 good size dents in the passenger fender and I can not get behind them to knock them out and I don't want a bunch of filler in them either. I was thinking of drilling holes in the dents and using a slide hammer to get some of the dent out and then weld the holes up when I am done? Any comments and help is much appreciated.

I appreciate all the help guys, I am going to look into both the stud gun and glue taps. Does anybody have a link to glue taps?

If you get a stud gun get an H&S, don't get a chinese no name. Also if you are going to use it a lot it pays to get the biggest one (for steel) Also be careful what you buy on Amazon. Lots of fakes and counterfeits of everything on there.

This is the one I have. Price has gone upp a lot over the last couple of years at Tooltopia. If you are interested in that model shop around you can find it cheaper.

Link to a glue tab puller kit. Just my opinion but your money is gonna be better spent getting a stud gun first, then if you decide too a glue gun. Only really neccessary if you are doing PDR. If you have a stud gun it will do everything that the glue can and much more. Hot shrink, weld various rivets like windshield rivets on older Fords etc.

If you're going to be doing a whole lot then get one of these.
