So would you put the MC100 at the end of the line beside the M60? Would that not drop pressure and volume quite a bit?
When looking into a filter, read the specs from the manuf. Each filter design will effect air flow differently from manuf. to manuf. Even if they do the same thing.
There are just too many manuf.'s and designs to know all that information, but I have seen filters drop pressure as much as 5psi put 3-4 of those inline you get the idea. They also can have a max psi working pressure too so if your are throwing 160psi from your 2 stage compressors (that's a common factory pressure setting) then having a filter with a max pressure rating of 120psi would be a mismatch.
Getting the proper filtration for your application is not rocket science you just have to match what your starting with (your compressor) then build from there, getting a unit that exceeds your demand is a good idea but don't get something that has a lower rating then what your compressor can do.
