Paint Suggestion

Can anyone give me a suggestion on how to go about painting the top of my camaro dash. It needs to be a flat black. Is there some kind of flattening agent I can add to clearcoat. I have only painted one truck before and I used Omni basecoat and universal clear.
 
Lots of ways to do it but if the dash or glass is not out, you might look as an aerosol can of Sems interior paint for ease of application and decent life expectancy.
 
It is the metal part of the dash and the glass is coming out.
 
So basically it is spray with black basecoat and add flattener to the clearcoat?
