I am working on a project that I have replaced rockers, cab corners and front fenders and was wandering if you guys scuff and go on or do you prime over the black primer the way they come?
This has been gone over many times but i will do a lacquer thinner rub test and if coating comes off on replacement part then remove all coating to bare metal and epoxy prime. On high end resto I want to start with bare metal and work up from there
