Sanded through 2k

sanded through 2k primer have a couple spots where I have filler showing can I just hit the spots with epoxy and go back over with 2k not sure about sandwiching the epoxy and 2k.

Yes, it's fine to do that. If you have epoxy underneath the filler and no metal spots showing, it's also OK to shoot 2K over the filler.

That's one of the benefits of using the black epoxy on the bare metal. As you are block sanding the guide coat off the 2K, the epoxy will indicate when you are getting close to the metal and prevent sanding through to the metal.
