Saw this at the local antique/junk store.........

Please don't just throw that stuff away if you have to get rid of it. All of that stuff will sell on Ebay really well. You'll make some money and that stuff will live on.
Yeah, I would have loved to keep more of it than I did and know a lot of it had great collector value. Had I been able to deal with it myself and taken a few weeks longer I would have done my own sales on eBay etc. However, my mom insisted on being there to help and was very emotional for her. Just needed to get it over with, and went the estate sale route.
Really had some amazing stuff... house built in 1950 when they moved in. The basement and 2nd floor bedroom was like a time capsule from the 60s right before my dad moved out. I still haul stuff back from TX each time I’m out here and he had been giving me some of it over the past 10-15 years when he finally started admitting to himself that he wasn’t going to use it again. The compressor in my shop is his old massive 1942 80gal Kellogg American.
