Single stage adhesion on epoxy?

Is there any adhesion benefit to laying down 3 coats of epoxy 1:1 then laying down SS in 48 hrs or so, or putting a sealer coat over it then shooting SS right away after a couple hrs. of coarse?

This really doesn’t tell me much lol. I’m a newb to painting this is the first time I’ve ever picked up a spray gun. It’s a semi chassis every part primed individually then assembled none of the bolts and a few other smaller pieces have primer on them I’ve scuffed and sanded the whole chassis now want 3 coats of primer then single stage black on it. So 3 coats in a day 1 to 1 give it 2 3 or 4 days to cure then SS or a sealer coat then SS for best adhesion? I don’t want to sand this thing again, I just want to make sure that I give it enough time for the solvents to escape before SS.
