So... how water proof is the Epoxy Primer?

Having fun learning!
Uh... this last round of priming did not go well. No fault of the product, it laid out perfectly. But the masking was difficult, the wind didnt help (working outside), and I was stressed over surface rust forming, so I was rushing. Nibs in the primer due to not having lint free towels, sweat in the 2nd coat... it wasnt good. I am going to scuff it (I know, dont need to, but to get the nibs out), do some bondo work, and reshoot it. Nothing lost.

That said, I left the car outside to cure some today. Moved it outside around noon. Around 3pm there was a brief (but soaking) shower. Car was painted at 7pm last night. I went over, toweld off the car, and didnt notice any discoloration or surface variations where the water was... so Im thinking my 3 hour bake (at 90* and direct sunlight) probably saved me? Please dont tell me I have to strip all that off... please!

It didnt appear to... just... this is my first project. I am all kinds of nervous about it.

Thanks guys!
