Spray bottle for 710

Anyone have a source for a spray bottle that can hold up to 710?
I have tried a few different ones but they all quit pumping after a while.

Nope, I use Ace 5 year warrantee (haha) chemical spray bottle. If, when done, you pull the head and spray the nozzle and empty back into the bottle so it does not soak the seals when not using it I have got them to last a few weeks at a time.

I'll second what Jim says. I have had two over the years, first I had lasted 15 years. Only replaced it because I backed over it with a truck I was working on. Used PPG DX330 in it for years. That's a significantly stronger solvent mix than 710. My current one with 710 in it should last for years as well. They stand up well to accidental drops as well. Very tough.

yes i should note that they dont like 700 though. i did keep 700 in them for a few years with zero issues but this was, well, years ago. at some point barry made some sort of change to the 700 because it suddenly started swelling all the rubber in them and ruining them. they are durable as hell though and good for regular w&g removers

i just bought one of these.

should be good for the 700 but we will see

when my current bottle quits i am going to try the CG bottles for degreaser and detailing . although the one i got at nappa is still going strong but they all die if you don't empty the head .

Thanks.
I have a CG detail spray bottle that almost empty, I'll give that a try and if it doesn't work out I'll go with the USC.

i have looked into the fbs sprayers. i really cant get past the cost. they are just way overpriced. the super sprayer which is nice and its good for acetone and lacquer thinner BUT i think its like $160 or something like that. i mean really?.....its a spray bottle lol. no reason for that.

look for viton seals . these seals are what is used to fix the fuel leak on early power stroke diesels . they stand up to the diesel fuel without swelling or turning to gum . i ordered a 3 dollar pump just to test. no need for a new bottle since i have several with bad pumps .

Yeah the super duper BS sprayer no one buys, the regular one is not bad for around $45-50, plus they sell a repair kit with new seals and other small parts for a reasonable price.

A few of the guys I work with use this style for carb and brake clean, they swear by them. I always wanted to try one too.

barry, i used to use those many years ago in my mechanic days but i remember it shooting a straight stream. are they all like that or does the one you use have an atomizing spray?

sure, you could in most cases but if you are spraying something that flashes fast like acetone, which is what i need to do then you lose half the product before it hits the surface. no biggie, i am just thinking out loud here. we will see how this acetone pump sprayer works out.
