Suggested Paint Order for Restore

I have a 57 Bel Air/210 and I'm ready to paint soon (mentally). I've never done a project this big. I have all the glass and most of the stainless trim off. I want the roof white and the inner fin areas white, the rest will be seafoam green. My plan is to remove the front fenders, the hood, the doors and the trunk lid. I think I need to paint the roof and inner fins white, then mask the white off. then mask glass/door openings off and paint exterior, firewall, door jams, and inside trunk...probably the dash too. Is there a tried and true method or order to go in when painting inside and out to prevent overspray and double work?

My opinion after respraying a lot of my car for the exact problem is shoot the base inside and out first. Then shoot the exterior clear then the interior. The overspray that gets on the exterior will be wet sanded and buffed anyway so it won't matter (or mask it off the best you can).

If you want to read through my trials, tribulations, mistakes and final victory this year read through my Restoration thread. All SPI products and numerous calls to Barry on Sunday mornings :)
