Taking paint off the cab question

I've removed the hood, doors, fenders and bed for blasting. I didn't take the cab off because I don't think I would be able to do it because of lack of skill, tools and knowledge. So, I've been sanding the cab and I'm seeing so many nooks and crannies that has surface rust that needs sanding. I'm thinking the cab needs to be taken off and blasted too. The bad news I'm not comfortable doing this at all, so I would have to hire it out. My question(s): Would I need a mechanic or an auto body shop to unhook everything and lift the cab? And how much $$ will this cost me?
Thanks for any feedback.

I would try Chris Hamilton's advice on wire brushes first, blasting usually involves completely stripping everything out of the cab.
