Wanted to thank Shine for advice he passed on. I recorded a conversation between customer and myself ( customer was aware of recording ) about 6 months ago. His wife called and asked a question about me telling him a lie on paint work. I have the recording..... no car and no customer !!!!! Thank you so much Shine Tom
