Using Epoxy Full Strength, Then Reduced, Same Batch?

I epoxied the bottom of my car several weeks ago and I have some spots that were impossible to get to with my spray gun up in the very tight fender wells so I'm going to get them with a paint brush. After I get everything scuffed up, and get those spots done, I'm going to hit the entire bottom of the car with reduced (25%) epoxy, wait the 2-4 hours, and hit it with Raptor Liner. Is there any reason I cannot mix up the epoxy full strength, paint what I need to paint with the brush then reduce that same batch and use it to seal prior to the liner? I need very little for the paint brush and figure it would just be easier to mix up one batch, then cut it.
Thanks,
Chris
