What is the easiest way of removing the coating applied by an aftermarket manufacturer? IF I lived near Shine I would have him media blast them, but a 2000 mile one way drive isn't realistic,lol.

Also I have a number of bare metal parts that need priming , such as the rocker boxes for a Mustang? How do you go about scuffing up the insides of parts like this? Media cabinet would be my choice IF I had one.

if its an e-coat just scuff inside with a scuff pad, gray or red.
Outside, not knowing how big the part or what is on it 180 or 80 should take off???
