Motocryl

Gibbs. I have about 15 cans in my shop lol. Go get some.
I love that stuff, are you saying it's better than say WD40 as far as paint goes? FWIW I don't spray anything inside the building now except paint. Can't be too careful.

I have it all over my shop. I spray bare metal panels with it, I use it to cool things down when running the mill or lathe, use it for nuts and bolts, basically all kinds of things.

I am sure their may be better things to use on the mill and lathe but the concern is not filling my shop with contaminants so I work with what hasn't caused me any issues.

One more pint of Motocryl. Sprayed a fender outside at the guys shop and better but still some good craters.

Brought the other fender to my house with no dryer (at his house and has had his air through it) and outside. All my stuff that was never at his house other than the gun.

Layed out perfectly and NO craters. All you see here is dust nibs and a few bugs.

I see nothing with the white rag and blowing into it at his house either.

Likely contamination in the air there. Something in the Shop.

Maybe I missed it but did you try spraying outside of your friends shop to mimic you booth setup? That would eliminate contaminated air in the shop causing the problem and confirm it's the air supply.

Yes and better but still a few craters. Chad's thought that the compressors are IN the shop and are sucking in the contamination is a good one too.
