Sprayed 2 coats of Speed Clear with fast activator. Noticed poor coverage. Waited 3 hours. Scuffed panel with 800. Applied new base, using 870, and it almost immediately wrinkled in a couple spots. Shop temp was around 65. Lower spot was around 60.
I'm thinking that because of the lower temp, I should have waited at least 4 hours instead of the recommended 2 before repairing. Overnight, of course would have been better.
Another example of don't rush things.
I'm going to put a thin epoxy sealer coat to help lock it up.
