600 grit wet sanding?

Thanks to all the valuable help of this forum I have made it to the stage of 600 grit wet sanding. The photo shows where I have broken thru the SPI 2k down to the SPI epoxy while 600 grit wet sanding. All of my panels have a few small spots like these. How do y’all tackle this? I do plan to use a reduced coat of epoxy just before base coat if that makes any difference.

Epoxy sealer would be fine. I like 25%. Seems to work better than small sand through spots than 50% reduction.

I reduce epoxy 10% for sealer. If you’re ready to seal then send it.

I had been chasing these with 1 coat of 2k over the spots. Then wet sanding with 600 grit. But chasing these is getting strung out and I usually have to sand the entire panel because of the overspray and sometimes get new spots showing thru. So a reduced coat of epoxy just before base coat is the correct way to go? Thanks

Sealer will take care of the small sand throughs before applying base. I had this exact same question a month or so ago.

Do you have to sand before base with 10% ? I guess no if your in the window timeframe ??

nibs you want to correct.
