Adding additional coats of epoxy primer

I have two coats of epoxy primer on (SPI) with 30 " flash between coats. I have it curing at 70 degrees for 24 hours. If I want to add one more coat, can I just recoat it with a single coat after waiting 24 hours? From the third coat, I will have up to 7 days to apply seam sealer and bed liner without sanding, correct?

You are correct. I know some folks will still scuff once they get closer to the 7 day window, but on the 2-3rd day I wouldn't worry about it.

So if you want to add additional coats of epoxy after filler or seam sealer prior to expiration of the 7 day recoat window, how do you clean any filler dust off the epoxy finish before adding more epoxy.....and....do you sand any filler with 180 grit before spraying epoxy again?

I use mostly 700 wax and grease remover for between primer cleanings, it does a great job of removing sanding dust and residue. Just make sure all of it has evaporated off before priming. Wave a heatgun over filler areas if you're concerned. As a general rule all filler should be sanded to a minimum of 180 before any primer is applied. And anytime you may be concerned about the recoat window just scuff with a red/maroon scotchbrite.
