Anyone recognize this color?

Does anyone recognize this color of blue I saw on a new Tesla? I literally noticed it from half a mile back on the freeway. The "brightest" light blue color I have ever seen in the shade, and when the sun hits it directly there is just the hint of a turquoise green pearlescence from some of the body lines and certain angles.

Yep 3 people said the same thing on another forum (but Barry was first!) I googled some more photos of that 3M wrap, and that is definitely what I saw on the Tesla. Well, I don't think a wrap is going to work since basically I want to paint the trunk lid and some stripes down the sides of a '69 GTO this color, and then the rest of the car is black.
Could anyone suggest a 2k solvent based two or three stage paint color and system that would get me close? (I don't really want to attempt candy over metalic, I had a bad outcome once... LOL.) Something 2 stage and add some pearl flakes maybe?

Nothing 2 stage will look like that IMO. You would need to do something with candy. It's not really pearl either. It would take some experimenting. Example silver ground coat, then a blend of candy dye to make something like a light blue. Go to Urechem and House of Kolor and look at their candy colors. Some are 2 stage. You may find something you like.

If you have your heart set on that color, you could purchase a small amount of the wrap and go to a paint jobber that has a color camera and get them to scan it for you. It would then give some formulas you could try.

I remember making a color for striping that was closed to that. I believe the ratio was, 80% light blue pearl, 15% cobalt toner, and 5% green pearl. It was a very vivid light blue that looked like an electric spark when I used it on a black background.

i just did a color match as close as i could off a picture. intercoat clear, hok bluegrass pearl and a couple drops of oriental blue candy. all done as a 1 step other than this would go over a white base and would cover quite poor. prob a 5 coat deal and never truly cover.
